Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of section 33 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation
Act, 2022, and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Shane
Hickey as a Review Commissioner to the Workplace Health, Safety and
Compensation Independent Review Board, with remuneration on the HL-26 scale, for
a five-year term, effective from a current date.
