Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act
Under the authority of section 36 of An Act to Amend the Consumer Protection and
Business Practices Act, SNL 2022, c.28, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is
pleased to proclaim An Act to Amend the Consumer Protection and Business
Practices Act into force on June 1, 2024.
