Act to Amend the Highway Traffic Act
Under the authority of section 15 of An Act to Amend the Highway Traffic Act, the
City of Comer Brook Act, the City of Mount Pearl Act, the City of St. John’s Act and
the Municipalities Act, 1999, SNL 2023 c.24, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is
pleased to proclaim An Act to Amend the Highway Traffic Act, the City of Comer
Brook Act, the City of Mount Pearl Act, the City of St. John’s Act and the
Municipalities Act, 1999, SNL 2023 c.24, shall come into force on the date of
publication of this Proclamation in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette
