Public Procurement Regulations
Under the authority of section 18(1) of the Public Procurement Regulations, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby exempts the leasing of space at the Comfort
Inn in St. John’s, from the requirements of an open call for bids, for a term of three
years.
