Under the authority of of section 3 of the Queen’s Counsel Act and paragraph 27( 1 )(k)

of the Interpretation Act, to appoint by letters patent under the Great Seal, the

following members of the Bar of the Province to be a provincial officer under the style

of “His Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law”:

a) Ann Martin;

b) Anna M. Cook;

c) Nicholas Whalen;

d) Amy M. Crosbie;

e) Kathleen M. O’Neill;

f) Philip J. Buckingham;

g) Rodney Zdebiak; and

h) John Duggan.
