Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Victoria
Woodworth-Lynas as Executive Director, Access to Information and Protection of
Privacy Office, Executive Council, effective March 4,2024, with salary at Step 25 on
the 1450 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step
progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
