Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992
Under the authority of of subsection 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary
Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to temporarily assign Staff
Sergeant Ryan Pittman to the rank of Commissioned Officer to the Royal
Newfoundland Constabulary, effective immediately.
