Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the execution of a Deed of Conveyance, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety and on conditions that the Attorney General may determine, to transfer land located immediately behind civic number 1634, Conception Bay Highway, in the Town of Conception Bay, and more particularly described in Appendix “A” of the Minister’s Submission, to the Estate of Charles Dowden.
