Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992
Under the authority of paragraph 7(1 )(a) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary
Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Govemor in Council is pleased to provide approval for the
Minister of Justice and Public Safety to expand the areas of the Province for which
the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has responsibility to include the Town of
Massey Drive and the Town of Mount Moriah, effective February 1, 2024.
