Expropriation Act
Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor
in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to
transfer 97.73 hectares of surplus land at Hinds Brook, near Howley, to
Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, at no cost, subject to the terms and conditions
prescribed by the Minister.
