Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief

Information Officer to pre-commit up to $40,702 plus HST, against its budgetary

appropriations for fiscal year 2024-25, to facilitate an agreement with the New

Gower Hotel GP Ltd. operating as the Delta Hotels - St. John’s Conference Centre,

to host delegates to the Federal, Provincial, and Territorial Ministers Symposium

Digital Trust and Cybersecurity.
