Memorial University Act
Under the authority of paragraph 22(2)(c) of the Memorial University Act and in
accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Rex Gibbons
general member to Memorial University’s Board of Regents, for a three-year term,
effective from a current date.
