Expropriation Act
Under the authority of paragraph 4(1 )(g) of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and
Infrastructure to expropriate 38 properties located on the Avalon and Burin Peninsulas
and vested in the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of St. John's, as described in
documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
