Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Darlene

Spracklin-Reid as Assistant Deputy Minister, Infrastructure, in the Department of

Transportation and Infrastructure, effective May 2, 2024, with salary at step 13 on the

1788 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions

and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
