Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015
Under the authority of section 89 of the Access to Information and Protection of
Privacy Act, 2015 and upon the recommendation of the House of Assembly
Management Commission, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint
Jackie Lake Kavanagh as acting Information and Privacy Commissioner, effective
May 6, 2024, with salary on step 25 of the EP-10 pay scale and with normal step
progressions and general salary increases to apply. (Revised June 19, 2024)
