Human Rights Act, 2010
Under the authority of section 22 of the Human Rights Act, 2010 and in accordance
with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Linda Coles to the Human Rights
Commission, for a five-year term, effectively immediately.
