Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Darrell Hayward as Assistant Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council, effective May 13, 2024, with salary at Step 11 of the 1500 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
