Under the authority of subsections 5.5(1) and 6( 1) of the Elections Act, 1991 and upon

the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the appointment of Travis

Wooley as acting Chief Electoral Officer, effective May 30, with salary on step 9 of

the EP-06 pay scale and with normal step progressions and general salary increases

to apply.
