Under the authority of MC1081-82 and subsection 207(2) of the Criminal Code, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Lottery
Licensing Regulations (Amendment)”, substantially along the lines as on file with
Clerk of the Executive Council.
