Provincial Health Authority Act
Under the authority of subsection 17(1) of the Provincial Health Authority Act and in
accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Karen Stone K.C., as
Chief Executive Officer of the Provincial Health Authority, on an interim basis,
effective June 3,2024, in accordance with terms and conditions on file with the Clerk
of the Executive Council. (Revoked by OC2025-014)
