Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Minister of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary

appropriations; $563,843 for fiscal years 2025-26 to 2033-34 and $93,974 for 2034-

35, excluding HST, to facilitate a lease agreement with The Morgan Group of

Companies Inc. for 15,671 square feet of space at 41 Major’s Path, St, John’s.
