Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sharlene Jones

as Deputy Minister of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills, on an acting basis,

effective June 4, 2024, with salary at Step 12 of the 2328 Point Scale on the Executive

Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases

applicable to Executive to apply. (revoked by OC2025-319)
