Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to

issue a Crown lands grant for 41.60 hectares of land, as defined in application CL-

113178 and situated north of the Town of Badger, to Exmounth Manor Ltd., for the

purpose of a commercial campground, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to

such grants.
