Under the authority of paragraph 7(1 ){a) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary

Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide approval for the

Minister of Justice and Public Safety to expand the areas of the Province for which

the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has responsibility to include the communities

of Cox’s Cove, Gillams, Hughes Brook, Humber Arm South, Irishtown-Summerside,

Lark Harbour, Little Rapids, Mclvers, Meadows, Pasadena, Steady Brook and York

Harbour, effective June 30, 2024.
