Automobile Insurance Act
Under the authority of section 60 of the Automobile Insurance Act, and in accordance
with section 8 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased
to make regulations entitled “Automobile Accident Diagnostic and Treatment
Protocols Regulations”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive
Council.
