Under the authority of sections 12 and 13 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments and

designations to the Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Council, for the term

specified, effective from a current date:

Appointments:

a) Grant Skinner as a Management Representative, for a three-year term;

b) Francine Wight as a Labour Representative, for a three-year term;

Designations:

c) Yvette Coffey as Chairperson, for the remainder of her term; and

d) Rayna Luther as Vice-Chairperson, for the remainder of her term.
