Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education

to pre-commit funds of up to $120,000 per year, excluding HST, against its budget

appropriations for fiscal years 2025-26, 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29, to facilitate

the award of a contract to Vretta Inc. for the provision, administration, and support of

a computer-based testing platform for high school assessments and evaluations.
