Under the authority of section 12 of the Provincial Health Authority Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to set remuneration for trustees serving

on the Provincial Health Authority Board of Trustees in accordance with the

Guidelines for Rates and Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies, as

follows:

a) trustees appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council under paragraph

11(2)(a) to be remunerated at Level 1 rates; and

b) trustees appointed by the Minister from the regional health councils under

paragraph 11(2)(b), to be remunerated at Level 1 rates when acting in their

capacity as a member of the Board of Trustees only.
