Under the authority of subsection 4(1), section 11.1 and subsection 39(3) of the

Hydro Corporation Act, 2007 and subsections 245(1), (2) and (8) of the

Corporations Act, and further to OC2021-128, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council

is pleased to direct that the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador

Hydro is authorized to provide the recognition bonus and general economic

increases that apply to the period up to December 31, 2025, to non-unionized

employees, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive

Council, and that align with collective agreements reached with said unionized

employees.
