Under the authority of subsection 4(1) and section 12.1 of the Energy Corporation

Act and subsections 245(1), (2) and (8) of the Corporations Act, and further to

OC2021-128, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct that the

Board of Directors of Nalcor Energy is authorized to provide the recognition bonus

and general economic increases that apply to the period up to December 31, 2025,

to non-unionized employees, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk

of the Executive Council, and that align with collective agreements reached with

said unionized employees.
