Under the authority of section 19 of the Endangered Species Act, for the Minister of

Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to issue:

a) an Economic Activity Permit to Innu-Inuit Envest Limited Partnership to

engage in activities associated with the Voisey’s Bay Wind Energy Project that

may affect species designated under the Endangered Species Act, their

residence, or critical or recovery habitat, substantially along the lines as on file

with the Clerk of the Executive Council; and

b) any amendments to the Economic Activity Permit, without further reference to

Cabinet, provided there are no substantive financial or policy implications for

the Province.
