Under the authority of section 38(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby approves the creation of a sinking fund

for the Debentures of Series 7P, maturing October 17,2055, by payment annually

on or before October 17 in each of the years 2024 to 2054, inclusive, out of the

Consolidated Revenue Fund of an amount not less than one and one-half per cent

(1.50%) of the aggregate principal amount of Debentures of Series 7P

outstanding on the date thereof.
