Off-Road Vehicles Act
Under the authority of section 53 of the Off-Road Vehicles Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to proclaim subsections 5(3), 7(3), 22(4) and
paragraphs 5(4)(b), 12(2)(a), 22(1 )(b), 23(b), and 24(a) of the Off-Road Vehicles Act
into force on October 15, 2024.
