Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University of Newfoundland to

grant easements to Newfoundland Power and Rogers Communications to facilitate

upgrades to the Aquarena and Field House necessary to host the 2025 Canada Summer

Games.
