Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative

of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John

Joseph Hogan, K.C., as Minister of Health and Community Services, with effect

from July 8, 2024, in addition to his duties as Minister of Justice and Public

Safety, Attomey General, Minister Responsible for the Access to Information and

Protection of Privacy Office, and Government House Leader.
