Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

move that Her Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the

Great Seal of the Province, appoint Gerry Byrne as Minister of Fisheries,

Forestry and Agriculture; and Minister Responsible for the Public

Procurement Agency, with effect from July 19, 2024.
