Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

move that Her Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the

Great Seal of the Province, appoint Lisa Dempster as Minister of

Environment and Climate Change; Minister of Labrador Affairs; Minister

Responsible for Labour; Minister Responsible for Workplace NL; and

Deputy Government House Leader, with effect from July 19,

2024.
