Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the

Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

move that Her Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the

Great Seal of the Province, appoint Bernard Davis as Minister of Justice

and Public Safety; and Minister Responsible for the Access to Information

and Protection of Privacy Office, with effect from July 19,

2024.
