Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province,
appoint Elvis Loveless as Minister of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland
and Labrador; and Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information
Officer, with effect from July 19, 2024.
