Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 7 of the Liquor Corporation Act and in

accordance with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission

Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the following

reappointments to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor

Corporation for three-year terms, effective September 9, 2024:

a) Janis Byrne;

b) Kevin Dumaresque;

c) Kendra MacDonald; and

d) Lynn Zurel, as Vice-Chairperson.
