Human Rights Act, 2010
Under the authority of subsection 36(1) of the Human Rights Act, 2010 and in
accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Michael Duffy to the Human
Rights Commission Panel of Adjudicators, for a three-year term, effective August 25,
2024.
