Newfoundland and Labrador Corporation Act, 1951
Under the authority of section 8(P) of the Newfoundland and Labrador Corporation
Act, 1951, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to amend the tailings
disposal licence currently held by Tacora Resources Incorporated at Flora Lake to
increase the area covered by the licence and enhance the rights granted under the
licence to include all surface rights, substantially along the lines as on file with the
Clerk of the Executive Council.
