Under the authority of section 25 of the Radiation Health and Safety Act, 2021, and
in accordance with section 8 of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “Radiation Health and Safety
Regulations, 2024”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council
