Under the authority of subsection 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Town of Gander to issue a design-build request for proposals to select a vendor for the design and construction of upgrades to the wastewater treatment plant, in accordance with section 9 of the Public Tender Regulations, 1998.
