Under the authority of section 10 of the Electoral Boundaries Act, the Lieutenant Governor is to authorize the 2015 Newfoundland and Labrador Electoral Districts Boundaries Commission to establish positions and appoint the following individuals to assist with the Commission, with their remuneration to be set in accordance with the budget on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and expenses to be reimbursed in accordance with Human Resources Secretariat Travel Policy for Employees:
 a) Mr. Alfred Power, Statistician;
 b) Mr. Brett Forsey, Statistician;
 c) Mr. Jeff Wood, Cartographer;
 d) Ms. Diane Blackmore, Secretary;
 e) Mr. Michael Upshall, Cartographer; and
 f) Information Management Consultant.
