Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and
Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary
appropriations: $15,000,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $9,996,300.00 in fiscal year
2026-27, excluding HST, to facilitate the award of a contract to Bursey Excavating &
Development Inc. for the completion of the Team Gushue Highway.
