Under the authority of section 9 of the Electoral Boundaries Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the rate of remuneration and expenses of members of the Commission as follows:
a) Members - $275 per day and $140 per half day;
b) Deputy Chairperson - $343 per day and $170 per half day;
c) Expenses for the Chairperson to be reimbursed in accordance with expense guidelines for superior court judges appointed pursuant to the Judges Act (Canada); and
d) Expenses for Commissioners to be reimbursed in accordance with Human Resources Secretariat Travel Policy for Executive.
