Under the authority of section 10 of the Electoral Boundaries Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the 2015 Newfoundland and Labrador Electoral Districts Boundaries Commission, at the discretion of the Chairperson, to appoint a lawyer to serve as Legal Counsel to the Commission, with remuneration and expenses to be commensurate with rates negotiated with the Department of Justice and Public Safety.
