Under the authority of section 4 of the Serious Incident Response Team Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Michael King as the Director

of the Serious Incident Response Team, for one additional five-year term, effective

September 30,2024, with salary at SL-05, Step 9 of the Solicitor Pay Plan, with normal

step progressions and general increases to apply, and with benefits to include payment

of practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
