Mental Health Care and Treatment Act
Under the authority of section 57 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, and in
accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dr. Michelle Young-Hadden as a Physician
Representative to the Mental Health Care and Treatment Review Board, for a three-year
term, effective from a current date.
